frosted glass little privacy
The location was EXCELLENT.
My room lacked natural light. It reminded me of a bunker. The frosted glass in the bathroom offered little privacy. Every sound was audible. I found this quite uncomfortable and disappointing.

faulty tablet flat pillows
the hotel have a modern design, this was okay.
the tablet to control the room didn't work so good. it was supposed to control the lights and the tv, but it kept breaking. also, the air was not cold enough, it was really hot, and the pillows are too flat for me.

excellent choice window feature welcome feature
The breakfast offered an excellent choice of items. I found it amazing. the in-room tablet operated everything, including lights and tv. blackout blinds on the window were a welcome feature.
The room lacked an exterior-facing window. It only overlooked the lobby.

the suite included two rooms. there were also two bathrooms in the suite. the suite was clean.
the room faced the building. there was no fresh air. it was also too warm, so i had to use the air conditioning.

amazing hotel experience!
food selection vegetarian options
the rooms were ready when we arrived 2 hours early, this was a great start! i loved the excellent selection of food, especially all those vegetarian options available at the buffet breakfast. i appreciated the variety and freshness of the food and the staff replenished items quickly.
i noticed there was no kettle in the room. we had to ask for one, which took a little time to arrive. similarly, there was no iron or ironing board readily available, requiring a request.

The staff provided helpful and nice service. i liked that they served filtered coffee at breakfast. It wasn't just machine coffee. i appreciated the quick response when requesting an extra blanket and got it within minutes

Rooms were clean. I was impressed. the room had coffee and hot chocolate from real beans, a nice touch. the selection of tea was also good. It added to the pleasant stay.

breakfast was excellent with many food choices! i loved that they offered takeaway coffee and tea at the lobby free of charge. this was so convenient when we were heading out for early morning tours.

the location is very central. it is so close to all the local attractions and tourist spots. it seemed to be only about a 10 minutes walk wherever we wanted to go, it was perfect.

wide variety central location
The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety. The location was central (I could walk everywhere!). The room included a modern tablet for controlling lights and temperature. The staff accommodated my late check-in without trouble.
My room faced the building's interior, so there was no view of the outside.
