The location was EXCELLENT.
My room lacked natural light. It reminded me of a bunker. The frosted glass in the bathroom offered little privacy. Every sound was audible. I found this quite uncomfortable and disappointing.

the hotel have a modern design, this was okay.
the tablet to control the room didn't work so good. it was supposed to control the lights and the tv, but it kept breaking. also, the air was not cold enough, it was really hot, and the pillows are too flat for me.

the rooms were ready when we arrived 2 hours early, this was a great start! i loved the excellent selection of food, especially all those vegetarian options available at the buffet breakfast. i appreciated the variety and freshness of the food and the staff replenished items quickly.
i noticed there was no kettle in the room. we had to ask for one, which took a little time to arrive. similarly, there was no iron or ironing board readily available, requiring a request.

The staff provided helpful and nice service. i liked that they served filtered coffee at breakfast. It wasn't just machine coffee. i appreciated the quick response when requesting an extra blanket and got it within minutes

The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety. The location was central (I could walk everywhere!). The room included a modern tablet for controlling lights and temperature. The staff accommodated my late check-in without trouble.
My room faced the building's interior, so there was no view of the outside.
